TERMS OF SERVICE
1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These Terms of Service apply for purchases on ooono.com and ooono.dk, irrespective of the buyer’s country of residence. Mandatory consumer rights applicable in the buyer’s jurisdiction shall prevail over any conflicting terms stated herein.
2. PAYMENT
OOONO A/S accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, all VISA payment cards, all MasterCard debit cards, Paypal, ApplePay, GooglePay. The payment will be processed once your product is shipped, unless the payment provider chosen by you requires earlier withdrawal. We also offer country-specific payment methods, which can be viewed at checkout.
All amounts are in EURO, including VAT.
OOONO A/S uses an authorized payment server that encrypts your card information by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your payment information is safe with us.
OOONO A/S is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or additional charges applied by your bank or payment provider.
3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
OOONO A/S processes and ships orders as quickly as possible and, under normal circumstances, within 2-4 business days. Packages are shipped with GLS, and shipping costs are specified at checkout. The shipping method is country-specific, as we also use UPS, DHL, and other carriers depending on the destination.
While we strive to ship all orders within 2-4 business days, delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance delays and force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen disruptions.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer you have 14 days full right of withdrawal on items purchased in our web shop. The deadline means that you have 14 days from receiving your package, to let us know that you wish to cancel your purchase.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you shall notify OOONO A/S by email to support@ooono.com. You must make it clear that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and include your order number. You must bear the cost of the return of items to OOONO A/S and the items must be returned to OOONO A/S no later than 14 days after your notification to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The return address may be country-specific, and we can confirm the correct return address upon request by contacting our customer service.
If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund the full purchase price (less any applicable deductions for use) within 14 days of receiving the returned item. You are not required to return the item in its original packaging, but you must ensure it is securely packaged for return to avoid damage in transit.
5. THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM
5.1 New Products
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product's nature, characteristics, and functionality. If the product has been used beyond this, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in commercial value from your refund. However, if the product has only been handled as needed to test its function, a full refund will be issued.
5.2 Refurbished Products
Refurbished products are fully functional but may show visible signs of previous use, such as scratches, scuffs, or reduced battery capacity. These cosmetic imperfections do not affect the functionality of the product and are not grounds for return or reimbursement. Customers purchasing refurbished products acknowledge that these items are sold visible signs of prior use and without any guarantee regarding cosmetic condition. The statutory warranty applies only to functional defects and not to wear and tear resulting from previous use.
6. REIMBURSEMENT
If you return your order in accordance with our return policy, you will receive a refund. If the item value is reduced by use, wrong handling, etc., we will deduct the amount for which you are liable. We will refund the amount you are entitled to in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
We will refund through the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the return.
Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. If the returned product is missing accessories (e.g., charging cables or mounting kits), we may deduct an amount corresponding to their value from your refund.
7. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
The Danish Sale of Goods Act applies to purchases on our international website and our Danish website.
When you make a purchase on our website as a consumer, you have the right to submit a complaint within 24 months from receipt of the product provided, however, that you have reacted within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired or changed. In case that it is not possible or does not take place within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a refund or a price reduction in accordance with the applicable refund policy, depending on the specific situation.
In any event, as a consumer you need to submit your complaint to us within “reasonable time” after you discover the fault. If you submit your complaint within two months after the fault has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If your complaint is justified the faulty item must always be returned to us in proper packaging. If you have a faulty product, you need to contact us at support@ooono.com, to make a complaint. It is very important that you do not send the faulty product to us without contacting us first.
OOONO A/S provides a statutory claim right in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This right applies to defects that were present at the time of purchase or that arise due to manufacturing faults. It does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to battery degradation, scratches, and cosmetic defects.
If the defective product is no longer in stock, OOONO A/S may offer a comparable replacement or a refund of the purchase price. Complaints will be processed within a reasonable time, typically within 14 business days of receipt.
8. LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law. However, if you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence. Any disputes shall be brought before the courts of Denmark or the courts of your country of residence, as required under applicable law.

If you have a complaint about a product purchased in our web shop, you may address it to support@ooono.com
If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint. If you live in Denmark, your complaint should be filed to Center of Complaint Resolution:

10. DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes can´t be combined with other codes or discounts unless otherwise is indicated.
